The characteristics are hungry/motivated attention to detail wants to take on more responsibilities and gets along well with others. Experience required is some sort of background in PM or coordination, some background in software and hardware. The software and hardware experience can be from college - doesn't have to be hardcore. The person needs at least 2 years of work experience. The timeline to find the person is this Wednesday.
