Workday implementation experience preferred Support the Business Development Lifecycle by serving as product SME both internally and externally, assisting in qualifying business development opportunities Provide end to end solution and design details during the sales process Support initial Collaborative Solutions' proposals while providing support throughout the proposal process, which may include providing Quality Assurance for respective service areas through delivery of the project Mentor and guide more junior colleagues Position 2: Enterprise Apps Workday Integration / Reports Consultant Key skills: Workday Technical Team to learn our Integrations processes, technologies, methodology, and consulting best practices Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and process designs Develop, test, and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating integrations to and from different platforms Position 3: Enterprise Apps Workday Config Consultant (Payroll) Key skills: Workday, Workjam, Paradox Leave and Attendance management Capturing the master data and monthly payroll inputs ESS & CSS Portal and Mobile Access on DeliziaHR Managing statutory compliances pertaining to payroll payroll management, end-to-end payroll solutions ranging from basic payroll calculations, statutory compliances to facilitating employee communication |
