Responsibilities Ensure AWS Infrastructure Reliability: As an AWS Resiliency Engineer, your primary role will be to ensure that our AWS infrastructure remains reliable, available, and scalable at all times. Design for Resilience: Proactively design and implement cutting-edge solutions to prevent potential disruptions and minimize downtime. Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with application development teams to ensure their applications are designed and built with resiliency. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Create, implement, and regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans specific to AWS services. Monitoring and Alerting: Develop and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems that preemptively identify issues affecting the resiliency of the infrastructure. Issue Resolution: Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of any AWS infrastructure and service issues, collaborating with other teams as necessary. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess, evaluate, and improve the resiliency of AWS infrastructure and services, incorporating new features and technologies as appropriate. As a Datastax Database Administrator, you will be required to study the current system/process/design flow and document findings and solutions. This role will require the ability to improve data-centric infrastructure on the cloud arena. The individual will have a strong knowledge of design and experience working in a business-critical cloud NoSQL Database. The individual will have a strong knowledge of design and experience working in business-critical applications. This position requires excellent client service and technical skills. Job Responsibilities The DataStax administrator role involves setting up the cluster, optimization of the read and write data, copying data from other file systems Use technical knowledge to identify areas to improve. Provide flexible solutions to complex business problems using our technology practices. Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance. Database backup and restore. Handling missing critical DB scenario. Required Skills 8+ Years of experience in handling NoSQL database Deep understanding of DataStax or Cassandra The DataStax administrator role involves setting up the cluster, optimization of the read and write data, copying data from other file systems. Maintenance of DataStax No SQL Database Experience with Backup and restore/Recover strategies. Strong SQL experience Certification of DataStax would be added advantage. Technical Skills DataStax DB Cloud Infrastructure Required Qualification Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field. A minimum of 8+ years of experience as DBA.
