Hands On. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The RPA Process Analyst will be a key resource who provides subject matter expertise on complex robotics process automation. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation Lead the development of automation on platforms such as Blue Prism and UI Path Collaborate with client teams and RPA business analyst to analyze and design automation based upon business and technical requirements. Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Conduct and support white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations. Responsible for work estimation, planning, and project quality. May supervise others. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering RPA platforms and implementations. Demonstrated experience in multiple RPA platforms.
