This manager is very customer service driven Must have O365 within an Azure environment and sharepoint NOT a ticket taker- their customers are internal and they have a ticketing system through Jira. They need someone who is technically strong and able to handle true issues vs issues like my computer won't turn on etc. Problem solver GREAT communication Certifications- at least one of the following- Microsoft MSA, MCP, (or higher) CompTIA A+, Network+ or higher.
