Job Description:-

They are looking for an HL7 Integration Analyst.

position:

As a Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner with healthcare insurance experience and interoperability SME, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define and prioritize requirements, manage the product backlog, and guide the development of innovative solutions to enhance our healthcare insurance offerings.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in healthcare insurance, including knowledge of policies, claims processing, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the healthcare insurance space.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).

Utilize FHIR standards to facilitate data exchange, interoperability, and seamless integration between systems and applications.

Elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Translate complex business processes into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.

Act as the product owner for healthcare insurance-related initiatives, responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans in collaboration with development teams.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and UX designers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and products.

Foster effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Participate in the testing process to ensure that the delivered solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.

Stay up-to-date with healthcare insurance regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all solutions meet industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Business Administration).

8+ years of IT experience, Business Systems Analyst or Product Owner in the healthcare insurance industry.

Expertise in HL7 FHIR standards and healthcare interoperability.

Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
