Duration: 6+ Months Visa: USC & GC only Python Developer Must-Haves/ Top 3 skills 5+ years experience in IT-related procurement 5+ years working in an ITIL-compliant environment Specific experience developing standard contract terms and conditions for IT-related contracts Responsibilities: Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of contracts covering a range of transaction types. Facilitate RFx events. Obtain and review competitive bids, quotes, and proposals from vendors and contractors; discuss evaluations and review with requesters and subject matter experts. Negotiate with vendors for the best price over contracted services and purchases. Coordinate with selected vendors on supply and delivery of purchased items Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts. Monitor contracts and facilitate with close-outs, extensions or renewals. Maintain the contracts management platform including the uploading of agreements into their logical classification categories as well as maintaining the key contract attributes for each uploaded agreement. Perform as a key participant in the procurement lifecycle including associated PO creation and routing. Incorporate best practices into the contracts management lifecycle. Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contracted obligations; assist with clarifying contract requirements and resolving any conflicts Identify opportunities to improve supplier cost and internal cost management, while conforming with and supporting technology strategies and deployment.
