Position: R/SAS combo programmers Location: Remote Duration: Contract Key Responsibilities: Statistical Analysis and Visualization: 1. Develop and maintain robust R scripts for the generation of tables, listings, and graphs (TLGs) to support internal deliverables such as Dose Escalation Committee meetings, signal detection meetings, safety-monitoring, proof-of-concept analysis etc using R and SAS. Interpret statistical analysis plans and develop corresponding programming. 2. Design, develop, and maintain interactive Shiny applications to visualize and interpret clinical data, natural history, biomarker and gene data. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the Shiny apps meet the needs of end-users. Desirable: 1. Utilize Python for specific data processing tasks, integration with other systems, or to complement R-based analyses. 2. Ensure seamless interoperability between R, SAS and Python (if needed) scripts. Documentation & Quality Control: 1. Maintain thorough documentation of all programming activities to ensure reproducibility and adherence to internal standards. 2. Conduct rigorous quality control checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with GxP standards. Collaboration & Communication: 1. Collaborate closely with biostatisticians, data managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver timely results. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred. 2. Proficiency in R programming, with a strong understanding of statistical methods used in clinical research. 3. Strong experience with SAS programming in clinical trials. 4. Familiarity with Shiny app development is a major plus. 5. Knowledge of Python programming and its integration with R is highly desirable. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7.
