Title: Mainframe TWS Job Scheduler- Level 3 Location: 3 Edison Drive, Alpharetta, GA, USA, 30022 /Hybrid Duration : 12 months Position id : MOR2JP00013596 Mainframe TWS Job Scheduler The Scheduling Administrator requires an in-depth knowledge of Tivoli Workload Scheduler Z/OS (TWSz), including related control and monitoring systems Must have at least 5-7 years administration experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler Z/OS (TWSz) functions to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot job schedules on the mainframe platform Responsible for the efficient scheduling and administration of TWS 10.1 in a TWS End-to-End environment supporting Production, Development and QA environments The Scheduling Administrator implements and analyzes complex application dependencies working independently with the applications developers to optimize their batch job schedules The Scheduling Administrator must evaluate every scheduling request, exercising independent assessment and judgement and provide a comprehensive explanation for rejecting a request or proposing an alternate scheduling implementation Candidate must have proven ability to independently design and build jobs streams to solve complex workflow automation scenarios Experience with event-based scheduling Experience using CA-11 (CA Workload Automation Restart Option for z/OS Schedulers) Ability to work with a diverse group of people of different skills, backgrounds, departments, and management levels Candidate must have experience in Mainframe batch environment, knowledge of TWS support operations, best practices, and processes Experience with data analytics and strong Excel skills Knowledge and Usage of DWC v10.1 is a plus Knowledge of Segus TWS tools is a plus Experience with REXX coding is a plus Knowledge of Jira is a plus Keywords: quality analyst zos California Georgia Idaho http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=685045&uid= |
