Responsibilities: Advisory Role: Act as a subject matter expert for SAP IBP, providing recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements. User Support: Provide technical and functional support to SAP IBP users, addressing issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring system stability. System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure the SAP IBP system is up to date and secure. Incident Resolution: Investigate and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests related to SAP IBP promptly and efficiently. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, support processes, and issue resolutions. Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to improve their understanding of SAP IBP functionalities and best practices. Integration: Assist in integrating SAP IBP with other systems, ensuring data flows smoothly across the organization.
