Its just BO administration Disaster recovery environment In process of being automated Using 360 suite and info burst tools Upgrade every 3-6 years, currently in process and go live is 10/14 Someone that can get started with documentation and coaching on where they are stuck. Independent and curious learner. General BO admin experience but okay raising your hand and asking the right questions. Take time to review documentation on their own. In process of upgrading so there will be refinement and tuning needed. Cleaning up scripts. Monitors users in the system Performance of tool Coaching/SME things are escalating to this person. Ex: universe designer coaching of new employees Help with troubleshooting of reports A lot of work with DBAs ex: this one is running long and how do we fix that.
