In process of upgrading so there will be refinement and tuning needed. Cleaning up scripts. Monitors users in the system Performance of tool Coaching/SME things are escalating to this person. Ex: universe designer coaching of new employees Help with troubleshooting of reports A lot of work with DBAs ex: this one is running long and how do we fix that.
