Role: Network Security Engineer Location: Remote Duration : Contract Job description: Manage & Administer Paloalto firewall, Zscaler Proxy (ZIA, ZPA) and Imperva WAF. Configuration, Change, Problem Management, and administration of following security technologies. Provide Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 support for Palo alto firewall, Imperva WAF and Zscaler Proxy(ZIA, ZPA). Daily service availability monitoring and validation proper collection of firewall logs. Configure / Tune / Administration of rules. Device management / Firmware upgrade Implement remediation as per recommendation and guidelines from Security Monitoring service provider limited to capability of toolsets Good to have: Good Interpersonal Communication skills Good in project planning with Project management tools & visie Experience in interacting and working with US Customers directly Change and Configuration management through testing and moving updates through various staging environments (ITIL Change and Configuration Mgmt.) Problem identification, determination, and resolution for product or usage of the product in conjunction with requestor (ITIL Incident/Problem Mgmt.)
