Position:ull-Stack & Back-End Java Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: We are now looking for 2 developers. Same description and outline that I shared with your earlier. The first developer we can go with Full Stack and for the second one we will go with Back End Java developer.(Full stack is optional for that) - Must haves in them is: o Back End Developer - Java Spring Developer o Full Stack - Java Spring & ReactJS - Ability to deliver and contribute with minimum hand holding is required. In addition, they should have good communication skills and work well with the team Looking for "T-shaped developer" (broad interest and understanding of technology, databases and the web technologies) to work on key, visible and strategic projects. With 8+ years in full-stack development experience, be part of a high performing development team with the passion to build high throughput products and solutions that are amazingly scalable, resilient, modern and enterprise production ready. This role requires deep experience working in an agile development environment, building microservices in the Java eco-system with modern SDLC practices. The successful candidate should be a good communicator, able to work independently, collaborate with the team, in owning and being accountable for the delivered solution for its high quality and timeliness. Essential Functions * Solid experience in full-stack web development using JavaScript, ReactJS, Java technologies. * Be able to work on technical spikes to evaluate tools or solutions * Experience collaborating with other senior engineers on team to identify, build and adopt reusable development code components for the product is critical * Own and be accountable for software quality with demonstrated prior experience in writing unit test cases in a test-driven development process environment * Demonstrated experience in optimizing the system for high volume, high through-put transaction processing * Displaying initiative, be able to work independently as a strong individual contributor with minimal guidance, being an integral part of an agile team, superior collaboration, and teamwork are crucial * Be able to figure out efficient ways of working to meet deadlines in a fast-paced start-up like environment * Assist junior developers in guiding them with technology or process as required * Actively contribute to, and follow the agile team norms set forth, including but not limited to attending daily scrum calls, backlog refinement, retrospective, and other agile meetings * Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are a must * Working knowledge and experience working in both a Windows & Linux environment Essential Qualifications & Skills * Overall 8+ years of development experience with at least 5+ years of recent experience in software development using Java, JavaScript and ReactJS. * Strong experience in developing SOAP/RESTful webservices in the Spring microservices environment - Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, etc. * Solid, modern frontend development experience - one or more development frameworks/libraries required (Angular, ReactJS). Experience in ReactJS is preferred. * Good knowledge/experience in building software in AWS Cloud environment, Container technologies ( ex: Docker), & Micro services architecture. * Working knowledge of Relational databases - MySQL or equivalent * Agile experience - Scrum, Continuous Integration, Test Driven development * Experience with bash scripting and Linux environment * Experience in working in the cloud environment * Experience in Serverless architecture. Preferred Skills * Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience * Working knowledge of container technologies (e.g., Docker) * AWS and Serverless experience highly desired |
