A Workday TA Business Process and Functional Consultant is a professional who specializes in the Talent Acquisition module of Workday, a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software. The consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday TA solutions that meet the business needs and goals of the client.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Workday Recruiting module and other integrated technology, including issue resolution and system administration functions.

2. Analyze the current state and future state of the client's talent acquisition processes and identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices.

3. Configure Workday TA business processes, security groups, reports, dashboards, integrations, and other features according to the client's requirements and specifications.

4. Perform unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the Workday TA solution.

5. Provide training, documentation, and support to the client's end-users and stakeholders on how to use and maintain the Workday TA solution.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects that arise during or after the implementation of the Workday TA solution.

7. Stay updated on the latest Workday TA releases, enhancements, and best practices and advise the client on how to leverage them for continuous improvement

8. Lead workstreams for single module deployments and enhancements in Workday HCM resulting from new Recruiting and Talent roadmap functionality.

9. Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions with support groups, develop and update Global Job Aids and associated documentation supporting recruitment globally.

10. Data Validation and troubleshooting in Visier tools as well.

Mandatory Skills Description:

1. A bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business administration, computer science, or a related field.

2. A Workday TA certification or equivalent experience in implementing Workday TA solutions for various clients.

3. A strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, best practices, and industry standards.

4. A proficient skill in Workday TA configuration, testing, integration, reporting, and troubleshooting.

5. An excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skill.

6. A flexible and adaptable attitude to work in different environments and with different teams.
