The ability to learn and apply newly gained knowledge and skills at a high velocity. Supreme Consumer/Customer Service Skills. WHAT YOULL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Working with Incidents/Jira Service Desk (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Level). Working on Tickets is your contribution. Working on how to solve issues permanently will be your collaboration. Complete assigned User Stories. Participation in Guidance/Consultation Meetings.
