Integrate Pega CDH with other systems, databases, and external data sources as needed for effective decision-making and customer engagement. Perform unit testing and system integration testing, to ensure the reliability and accuracy of decision strategies and applications. Continuously monitor and optimize decision strategies and customer engagement processes to improve overall performance and outcomes. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals. Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in Pega CDH applications. Person should possess the following background/experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Pega Certified Sr. System Architect or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Proven experience in Pega CDH application development and configuration. Strong knowledge of decisioning and analytics concepts. Proficiency in Pega rules and processes. Experience with software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
