Position : BSA with QA SDET Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Mode of Interview : Telephonic/Video Job Description : 3-5 years of experience working in product, marketing, web, or other related analytics fields. Highly proficient in SQL, Github, Jira, and Excel Ability to derive insights, tell stories with data, educate effectively, instill confidence in recommendations, and motivate others to act on them Statistical knowledge to guide and support A/B testing or other experimentation frameworks, and interpret the results to draw detailed and practical conclusions Experience with programming languages like Java Excellent problem-solving skills and end to end quantitative thinking. Great communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues Experience converting requirements into use cases and test cases End 2 End quality certification of changes Experience driving UATs Expertise in Karate/Rest Assured & Postman functional automation frameworks is desirable Interview feedback from Madhu: Understanding of API is a must. This person should be able to look through the requirements to find out the use cases and test cases and often times will write UAT test cases. S/he will then work with the developer (bot api developers and front end developers) to ensure that the implementation covers all the test cases that are supposed to be implemented correctly. This needs expertise of API testing using Postman, rest assured etc They are using Karate Framework. If the person has Karate, its great. However, if it is not then s/he should know whatever framework s/he has worked with in details so it will make Madhus team confident that the person can pick stuff up fairly quickly.
