Title: Oracle CX functional Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 6-8 months Description: I need a Sr Functional Resources for CX in the areas of Customer Data and Sales Implement and configure Oracle CX Cloud solutions, focusing on modules such as Sales, Service, Customer Data, Marketing Automation, Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ), Commerce, and Loyalty. Gather and analyze client's business needs across the specified functional areas, translating them into functional requirements and solution designs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Configure and customize Oracle CX Cloud modules based on client requirements, including setup, workflows, reports, and security. Conduct business process assessments, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to streamline and optimize customer experience processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration between modules and other systems. Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution of technical and functional problems. Lead or participate in workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on Oracle CX Cloud functionality and best practices. Assist with data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and conversion. Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of Oracle CX Cloud applications. Stay updated with Oracle CX Cloud product releases, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations and thought leadership to clients. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle CX Cloud solutions, including managing system configurations, security, and user access.
