Developers can train, evaluate, and tune RL models in the online simulator, deploy their models onto AWS DeepRacer for a real-world autonomous experience, and compete in the AWS DeepRacer League for a chance to win the AWS DeepRacer Championship Cup! As a Device and Simulation Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for innovating and driving new quality initiatives; establishing new test frameworks and processes for testing new and existing devices, simulations, and simulation SW; finding ways to leverage and scale to deliver without compromising quality and efficiency; and establishing quality metrics and best practices for the team. You will lead the team by example as a quality leader who is customer-obsessed, thinks big and delivers results without compromising quality. To do this, you will have the most advanced tools at your disposal. However, we expect you to bring new ideas and innovation to build upon or leverage as needed. You will be responsible for looking to the future and identifying what the team will need to test experiences that were not thought possible today. You will collaborate with the team, own and drive the quality of new components, products, and SW releases. Roles and responsibilities: To test and QA the deep racer RL models, physical track, and simulation track. To test and QA various hardware components of the deep racer device. To test and QA various software components of the deepracer simulation and device stack. Qualifications: Knowledge of Ubuntu, ROS, Bash, Python, and basic AWS Services (EC2, S3) Scripting and automation knowledge to automate the experiments and testing.
