Minimum 9-12 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role. Solid understanding of web development, information architecture, CMS, integrated technologies, and digital marketing Experience gathering client requirements and translating them to actionable plans based on Sitecore best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in web development projects, with specific experience in Sitecore projects being highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with content management systems, digital marketing, and web development concepts. Sitecore certification or relevant Sitecore experience is a significant advantage.
