Gather insights through methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Information Architecture: Develop information architectures, sitemaps, and user flows to ensure logical and intuitive navigation within digital products. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on user interface designs. User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency in branding and adherence to UX best practices. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices and gather user feedback for iterative improvements. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and graphic designers, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions. Accessibility: Ensure that digital products are accessible to users with disabilities by following WCAG guidelines and best practices. Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must work within the U.S. 5 years of professional work experience in the listed requirements Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design process. User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Wireframing and Prototyping: Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Adobe XD PREFERRED. Usability Testing: Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing usability tests. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions.
