Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as relationship building skills with a diverse global team. Articulate technical solutions and how they can solve business problems to both technical and non-technical audiences. Practice of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and familiarity with change management tools (preferably Jira).
