The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and reliability of our SAP IBP applications and systems. Responsibilities: Advisory Role: Act as a subject matter expert for SAP IBP, providing recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements. System Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement, implementing changes as necessary. User Support: Provide technical and functional support to SAP IBP users, addressing issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring system stability. System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure the SAP IBP system is up to date and secure. Incident Resolution: Investigate and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests related to SAP IBP promptly and efficiently. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, support processes, and issue resolutions. Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to improve their understanding of SAP IBP functionalities and best practices. Integration: Assist in integrating SAP IBP with other systems, ensuring data flows smoothly across the organization. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to align SAP IBP with business goals. Qualifications: Experience: Several years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and support, including configuration and troubleshooting. Total experience must not exceed 15 years. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP IBP S&OP, Control Tower, SAP CI-DS Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions to enhance system performance. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team and across departments. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.
