If to hire, would want them to open to relocation to Tampa Role: Sr. Network Engineer CTH Non-negotiables: Deconstructing network configurations Experience with cisco nexus network switching Got to have experience in lead or senior role with projects delivered ( will include details in summary ) See below: These are the critical skills: Advanced network route and switch skills (Experience on Cisco routers and layer 3 switches required) Advanced knowledge of BGP Familiarity and proficiency with EIGRP Advanced knowledge of SDWAN / SASE (knowledge of Citrix and/or Cato SDWAN a plus) Advanced knowledge of point-to-point VPNs Advanced knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Familiarity and proficiency with Cisco ASA and Firepower firewalls Notes from previous submittal: Based on my review of the resume you sent, Duwan does not appear to be a senior or lead network engineer level. In my opinion, his resume would map to a senior admin role or possibly a manager of network admins. I need someone who can do network solution design and has advanced WAN routing including BGP, SDWAN, and layer 3 switching design and implementation skills. I dont see that on Duwans resume or in your summary that shows 90%+ of his responsibilities are Maintained. The key words I need to see are engineered or designed and successfully implemented with specifics about the network topology and configuration that was designed / engineered and implemented.
