Participate in Detail Design sessions and able to identify/provide feedback on designs provided and implemented by others. Act as the technical expert/ resource, provide direction and mentoring to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Demonstrates understanding of cost of quality (correctness, usability, availability) and ensures customer/market quality requirements are addressed in solution requirements and designs.
