Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, providing technical guidance, best practices, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design robust Pega applications that meet business needs.
Development: Hands-on development of Pega applications, including creating case types, workflows, UI elements, integrations, and decisioning strategies.
Architecture: Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and architectural standards to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
Quality Assurance: Oversee testing efforts, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the reliability of Pega applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality Pega solutions.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize Pega applications for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance to the development team.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to team members and stakeholders on Pega best practices and advanced techniques.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required.
Proven experience as a technical lead in Pega application development, with a strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities.
Expertise in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and BPM (Business Process Management) concepts.
Excellent knowledge of Pega application design, case management, decisioning, and integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and guide development teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
