Should be aware of the industry best practices Should be able to do hands-on, on SQL and PL/SQL Should be able to work in multiple projects simultaneously Must be a good team player Work with the individual leads to conceptualize new ideas Should be able to handle Training and continuous improvement of the team Must be aware of different phases of SDLC. Knowledge of Agile is a plus.
