Please find the below job description and if you are interested, please forward your resume to bhanuprakash@intellectt.com Job Title: Genesys Lead Developer Location: San Antonio, TX, or Irvine, CA (Remote) Duration: Long Term contract Qualifications: Have more than 10 years of experience in the Genesys suite of products including Framework, eServices, Routing, Reporting, Call Recording, WFM, etc. Solid understanding of the Genesys on premises contact center infrastructure and understanding of the high viability and disaster recovery models. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player with experience in Agile methodologies both Scrum and Kanban. Ability to lead and execute technology projects from start to end.
