Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Experience with application servers like Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical details clearly. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Good to Have Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
