Job Title: Quadient Developer Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite from Day 1) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quadient Developer to join our team. As a Quadient Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Quadient-based solutions to enhance our customer communication processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Quadient-based solutions to optimize customer communication workflows. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements. Customize and configure Quadient software to meet specific business needs. Create and modify document templates, forms, and layouts using Quadient Inspire Designer. Integrate Quadient solutions with other enterprise systems and databases. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Quadient applications. Ensure the security and scalability of Quadient solutions. Document technical designs, specifications, and configurations. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and IT teams. Stay updated on Quadient software updates, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Quadient Developer or similar role. Proficiency in Quadient Inspire Designer and other Quadient software products. Strong knowledge of document composition and variable data printing. Experience with document automation and customer communication management (CCM) solutions. Familiarity with integration techniques, RESTful APIs, and data mapping. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Quadient certification is a plus. Knowledge of postal regulations and mailing industry standards. Experience with other CCM platforms and tools. Familiarity with version control systems and Agile development methodologies.
