You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance our business capabilities. Key Responsibilities: RPA Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy UIPath-based RPA solutions to automate manual and repetitive tasks across various departments. Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. UiPat Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert in UIPath, staying up to date with the latest features and best practices to optimize automation solutions. Bot Management: Manage and maintain the RPA bots, monitoring their performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of RPA solutions, including technical design, deployment guides, and user manuals. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation processes. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and junior developers to facilitate RPA adoption and knowledge transfer. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for continuous improvement in existing RPA processes and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency. Compliance and Security: Ensure RPA solutions comply with all relevant regulations and security protocols, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to drive successful RPA implementations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a focus on UiPath, including advanced development and configuration skills. Strong knowledge of process automation, workflow design, and process optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
