Technical Proficiency: Proactively maintain technical knowledge in specialized areas, staying up to date with current trends and best practices, particularly in the Kafka ecosystem. Proactive Problem Solving: Identify priorities and excel at finding solutions, including writing scripts or utilizing tools when established solutions are unavailable. Kafka Enthusiast: Display a strong affinity for Kafka and its event-driven and real-time streaming capabilities. Kafka Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions using Kafka, including administration and improvement of Kafka-related components like Kafka Producers, Kafka Consumers, Kafka Connect, ksqlDB, KStreams, and custom implementations. Collaboration: Work closely with team to ensure the optimal utilization of Kafka and secure event streaming practices Architecture Expertise: Understand and apply event-driven architecture patterns and Kafka best practices and provide guidance to development teams. Data Integrity: Assist developers in choosing the right patterns, event modeling, and ensuring data integrity. Performance Optimization: Regularly review performance data to ensure efficiency and resiliency, contributing to event-driven patterns, best practices, and guidance.
