Experience with Microsoft Dynamics application architecture and design 5 yrs. Experience in using Knowledge Base and smart assist functionalities available in Dynamics 365 5 yrs. Experience with full life cycle development of MS Dynamics 365 solutions 5 yrs. Experience in writing custom .NET code, plugin code etc. for high volume contact centers built on the Dynamics 365 platform. 5 yrs. Experience in working with ETL Like Kingsway Soft/Scribe 5 yrs. Experience with system configuration and deployments 5 yrs. Experience developing integrations with Azure. This position will advise leadership on projects and will be assigned critical project tasks, review milestone project results and resolve any technical problems that may occur during the assignment. In this position, you will work with Agency and technical personnel to provide application architecture, design, configuration, support, consultation services, and technical hardware/software project support, focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
