Oracle Sales and CDM Cloud BSA with strong technical and functional knowledge on Oracle CDM cloud Oracle CDM BSA who can design an overall solution architecture and product-specific configurations to create sustainable mature solutions for our clients. Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or they make up the whole solution. Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services. Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe and standardize business processes-related to Customer/Supplier data hub. Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate. Experience in Documentation and Workflows Collaboratively work with customer in Oracle CDM/SDH Manage End to End from requirements to design, build, testing & deployment Manage multiple testing cycles SIT, UAT.
