We can only send out a couple of tests maximum for each job as they are very costly and expensive to send out so please only send your best 1 or 2 consultants. We are still looking for the best talent and only candidates with the right tech skills and good company experience on their resume will get sent a test. They must also have good communication skills. If they are not willing to take the test they cannot be submitted. Once a tech test is sent to a candidate they have up to 24 hours to take. If they take too long to take the test they cannot be considered. We are looking for BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY CANDIDATES MasterCard has been rejecting many submits lately for irrelevant industry experience, we will not send anyone without this industry experience. MUST HAVE SOLID COMPANIES STILL (BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES) more and more candidates are being rejected at time of review and passed on for candidates with stronger industry experience. Job Description: We need someone to help build and maintain reports This role involves building Power BI visuals as well as working within database to create calculations, to create fields to represent charts, graphs, etc. Involves technical skills in large part These reports go out to key stakeholders throughout the company as well as CEOs, Account Management, etc. Must have strong SQL, Data Visualization Soft skills that would help someone stand out from the rest- Someone able to come in and take direction and move quickly, ability to work with people, someone who is able to learn quickly, strong communication skills What are your top 3 required technical skills [Steve] The next (green) answers relate to the Power BI Developer position: 1. Deep experience within the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem, and related tools such as SQL Server Analysis Services, Report Builder, Embedded Reporting, SQL, relational database concepts etc. 2. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy. 3. Exceptional written and verbal skills to effectively capture and translate business requirements/concepts across different organizational levels, and be an active participant in requirements gathering exercises. What are a couple of desired/nice to have technical skills 1. Experience with other BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Domo, Looker, etc.) 2. Understanding of best practices in data visualization and UI/UX What soft skills would you like to see in a candidate 1.
