Participate workshops to collect business requirements - Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs - Design, customize, configure and testing of PP / QM .- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. - Experience with eLims interface will be advantage. - Familiar with Nonconformity and defect management process - Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve PP / QM related problems. - Document to be prepared Business Requirement Document / UAT document / SIT document / End User Manuals / Functional Specification Documents / Configuration Document etc.Background/ Experience: Minimum 12+ years working experience in SAP QM modules. MedTech domain experience is a must. Experience in SAP PP/ PPPI / QM in S / 4 HANA end to end implementation and support experience. Minimum 3 to 4 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role. Minimum 2 End to End S4 HANA Manufacturing implementation experience in customer facing role. Should have knowledge on business processes in MedTech manufacturing/quality and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP.
