This is a hybrid position. I am scheduling a formal qual call I will provide additional notes after that! Quick Notes: Location: Clearwater, FL OR Greenville, SC Senior Network Engineer (must have VERY strong engineering skills) Zscaler implementation experience o Experience with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX (3 primary Zscaler tools) Experience working in complex global network environments Fortune 500 company experience preferred CLIENTS FORMAL JOB DESCRIPTION Lead Network Engineer (Must have Zscaler) About the Role Lead enterprise-level network design efforts while coaching and developing more junior engineers. Provide thought leadership on global networking strategy, including network security. Leverage expert hands-on engineering skills to build highly resilient and low-cost solutions to improve global network performance and security. What You'll Do: Designs, configures, and implements new and complex global network solutions to meet evolving business needs, leveraging up to date knowledge of industry best practices. Provides assistance as needed in troubleshooting intractable problems that impact broad customer access to revenue-generating applications and wide scale colleague access to systems used to run the company and support customers. Mentors and develops more junior engineers. What We're Looking for: 15+ years of relevant and progressive work experience. Must have 2 or more years' experience designing, implementing and supporting zero trust solutions with Zscaler technology. Real understanding of ZIA, ZPA, ZDX (3 primary tools for Zscaler) Bachelor's degree in network engineering or Related field of study required, or equivalent years of experience in a related field. Able to create and conduct compelling presentations to promote change and secure investment approval. Able to work globally with coworkers and partners in over 50 countries.
