Position: Sr. OCM Lead-SAP S/4 HANA Location: Sunnyvale,CA Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Looking for a very Sr. OCM Lead with SAP S/4 HANA experience preferably in the areas of manufacturing, warehousing, and/or inbound processes. This candidate must have experience leading organizational change management for large enterprise-wide, global transformational programs. Need a senior professional - 5-10 years of IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience. - Should be good at communication & stake holder engagement. Planning and execution. - Building training strategy, assessing the training team. - Knowledge & Understanding of technical solutions (SAP HANA, SALESFORCE, Etc.) - Life sciences, medical device industry experience is plus - Certifications related to OCM is plus and preferred. Skill/Job Requirements: Competency Requirements: (Competency is based on: education, training, skills and experience).
