 Exp: 12-20 yearsAs a Business Analyst specializing in Digital Marketing Strategy and MarTech, you will be a critical part of our team, responsible for shaping our digital marketing initiatives and optimizing our MarTech investments. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to drive data-driven marketing decisions, evaluate MarTech solutions, and contribute to the development of a mature and efficient digital marketing ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop, refine, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats. 

MarTech Assessment: Evaluate the current MarTech stack to identify gaps and inefficiencies. Stay updated on the latest MarTech trends and innovations, and recommend new technologies or upgrades to enhance marketing capabilities. 

Technology Selection: Research, evaluate, and recommend the most suitable MarTech solutions and providers that align with our digital marketing goals. Consider factors such as scalability, cost-effectiveness, integration capabilities, and data security. 

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels and MarTech tools. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and technology solutions. 

Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology with marketing strategies. Facilitate communication to ensure all teams are on the same page regarding technology requirements. 

Reporting and Insights: Create regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into marketing performance and the impact of MarTech tools. Use these insights to recommend adjustments and improvements to marketing strategies. 

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors. Continuously assess and enhance our digital marketing and MarTech strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred). 

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing and MarTech. 

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies. 

Familiarity with leading MarTech providers and tools. 

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. 

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. 

Strong project management and organizational skills.
