Position: Technical Liaison

Location: REMOTE within the state of Texas

Duration: 6-12+ month contract with rolling extensions.

TWC requires:

The Successful Respondent must provide a fully dedicated person to be the Technical Liaison between C&T and the TWC ITSM team. Fully dedicated means that this liaison will exclusively work on activities related to the awarded Contract. (estimate: approximately two (2) years with three (3) 1 year optional extensions, total 5 years)

The Successful Respondents Technical Liaison will:

a .Manage the quantitative and qualitative throughput of the Successful Respondents resources including developers, system administrators, testers, business analysts, and project managers.

b. Create and manage tickets or tasks for deliverables assigned to the liaison.

c. Manage the work of all Successful Respondents resources to ensure contractual response and resolution times in Attachment 9 SLAs. The resources include:

       1. Incidents support team

       2. System Administration team

       3. Reports team

       4. Engineering Developers team

d. Lead a weekly online meeting with the TWC ITSM team and the vendors operations and developers teams.

e. The liaison will present the status of tickets assigned to all the awarded vendors support teams including the liaison.

f. Meet daily with the ITSM lead to review work assignments, priorities, escalations, design, or review solutions and address technical issues.

g. Work with vendors internal teams and ServiceNow corporation to gather and deliver technical solution proposals, including documentation and demos, to TWC as requested.

The Technical liaisons minimum requirements are:

Three (3) years of experience in a similar ServiceNow position.

Ability to speak and write English fluently and clearly.

Hold and maintain ServiceNow system administrator certification and provide it upon TWC request.

Demonstrated experience researching, analyzing, designing, and vetting new ServiceNow (and/or improving existing) solutions to achieve TWCs objectives.

Demonstrated experience providing effective technical direction to developers and other technical personnel.

Ability to work effectively with ServiceNow staff, the Successful Respondents internal SMEs, and TWC technical and business staff.
