Responsible for conducting system integration and UAT tests on new products and services. This position also oversees and coordinates testing activities with other departments within the organization. Responsible for executing functional and non-functional tests on assigned software or hardware. They also conduct user and system audits and develop or execute test plans and procedures. Responsible for conducting tests and ensuring quality of products. They are also responsible for communicating with customers about the results of their tests. Responsible for conducting and managing tests. They ensure that all tests are conducted in a consistent and timely manner and that all test results are reported to the team. They also implement and manage testing strategies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that all tests are conducted in a proper and orderly manner. They must also be able to motivate their team members and keep them on track. Responsible for creating and executing test plans and ensuring that all products are properly tested. They must be able to prioritize tasks and stay organized. A test lead must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with others in the company. Responsible for ensuring that all testing is conducted in a proper and timely manner. You must be able to work with other departments to ensure that the product is of the highest quality, and that all requirements are met. You must be able to stay current on all test methods and procedures and be able to adapt your testing to meet the changing needs of the product. Must be able to plan and manage the testing process, liaise with other departments, and lead a team of testers. Responsible for the overall test performance, and it is essential that the person in this role can work effectively with other members of the team. Must be able to communicate effectively, be organized, and be able to work as part of a team. Overall responsibility for most test phases (as per ownership listed in the test strategy and test plans with exceptions around UT, SIT, UAT, Technical Performance Testing, Security Testing, C&CT tests), test planning, test execution and test close. Create Test Strategy or Test Plan(s) Create/modify/review the test scenarios and test cases Create day by day test plan for each test phase Plan test data Report on the testing status of project and program management Lead defect management process Testing Issue/Risk management Ensure quality deliverables and testing evidence Technical Skills Desired: Knowledge of AzureDevops, or other Test Management tools, knowledge of SQL helpful.
