PHP developer Candidate will look at the code and evaluate what can and should be done. That should be 40 hours of work. Will then estimate the level of effort this is going to take to complete- so they will determine a how long this should go Client has legacy PHP with very old code somewhere in versions 5-6 or maybe 7. They have old windows machines No version Controls and they are on Prem.
