Our client is actively in search of a Budget Subject Matter Expert consultant who has hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud. This specialist will spearhead strategic financial planning and budgeting initiatives within the organization. Their responsibilities will encompass crafting, monitoring, and optimizing budgets, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The chosen consultant will contribute significantly to cost control, resource allocation, and financial forecasting, thereby fostering prudent decision-making. Responsibilities As an EPM Budget Subject Matter Expert Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming financial strategies through your expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement budgeting frameworks, aligning them with our clients objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Leveraging your extensive experience in budgeting to guide the optimization of our financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation processes. Leading the implementation and configuration of budgeting solutions, particularly with a focus on Oracle Cloud EPM suite. Conducting thorough analysis of financial data, identifying trends, patterns, and variances to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into effective solutions. Training and mentoring teams to ensure the successful utilization of and best practices. Staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously enhance our financial strategies. Qualifications A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Performance Management, with a strong emphasis on budgeting. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
