Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and prioritize requirements. Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements. Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams. Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and Agile best practices. Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress. Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment. Create and maintain clear and concise documentation of business requirements, user stories, and process flows. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and development efforts. Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical team members. Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance team productivity. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile teams. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must work within the U.S. 5 years of professional work experience in the listed requirements Scrum Master Certification a plus but not required. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) and experience leading Agile/Scrum teams. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques. Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Confluence). Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
