Knowledge in XSD, WSDL, SOAP, XSLT and REST 3+ years experience with performance monitoring, operational monitoring in Oracle Fusion Technical requirements: Python scripting, Groovy Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JDeveloper, Oracle BI Publisher, APEX, Visual Builder Cloud Service, OIC, FBDI, ADFDi, Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Application. JOB OVERVIEW Writing technical specifications and requirements for integrations, enhancements, and reports Working with the Operations and Engineering teams to resolve issues and respond to incidents Interacting remotely with customers, partners, and software developers to provide technical advice and assistance Adapting existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems Analyzing and resolving issues Identifying and documenting product defects Applies deep technical Oracle cloud expertise to solve common and complex issues and identifies and recommends appropriate fixes or alternatives.
