Job Title Unica Developer Location Malvern, PA Contract position Job Description: Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8+ Technical/Functional Skills Technical knowledge at senior level needed: Unica Campaign, Interact support activities such as Migration to cloud and upgrades SQL/Oracle Unix Know-How AWS Knowledge is plus. Experience Required Technology requirements Technology requirements Min 6+ yrs hands on experience in Unica. Must have hands on experience in Unica Campaign, Interact support activities such as Migration to cloud and upgrade. Must have experience in SQL/Oracle. Must have hands on experience in Unix. Experience using DevOps, version controlling tools and repositories (Maven, Jenkins, Git, svn, Attunity, Bit bucket, Bamboo etc.) Must have hands on experience in CI/CD pipelines Experience in Agile methodologies Experience in clean codin, unit testing, integrating testing, security testing and code reviews Roles & Responsibilities Experience in Unica Migration from on-Prem to Cloud (AWS), unica upgrades Unica backend support/admin knowledge, troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Unica Campaign Should be able to triage database performance issues with SQL being sent to the database from the campaign processing Troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Campaign Applications. Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and DB server cleanup activities. Should have Good hands-on in SQL implementation in Oracle on large volumes of data Monitor Production environments and work with various teams to resolve Mission Critical issues Experience in using Unix/Linux utilities for analyzing logs, and trouble-shooting the applications with Application servers Good knowledge with UNIX and scripting Adhere to testing, security, incident and change management procedures Attend team meeting and Operations communication sessions as required. Ensuring all incidents and issues for key systems are added to knowledge base Ability to work in diverse and multicultural teams and develop a detailed understanding of application operations. Liaising with support groups and other departments on planned maintenance activities, technical issues and major incidents. Responsible for working with 1st /2nd level support teams and 3rd parties to resolve operational issues.
