Notes: Client is only selecting candidates that are currently coming from a Bank or Investment Firm (Large) Must have a strong background in the Administration of ServiceNow not just Development Must have LDAP/Active Directory Experience Must have JavaScript skills We are looking for consultants who will be the primary technical thought leader enabling the company to best leverage the ServiceNow technology platform. responsibilities Perform day-to-day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow multi-domain platform Manage third-party support personnel to upgrade ServiceNow. Install/upgrade/manage ServiceNow modules. Provide ServiceNow consultation expertise for all departments for new systems and major changes to existing systems or processes are contemplated. Monitor systems integration and process automation Install/upgrade/manage all four ServiceNow instances at the Bank. Coordinate and perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases Configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessary Establish standards and IT hygiene within ServiceNow, including maintenance routines, development standards, and code reviews Install/upgrade/manage APIs for the various systems that interact with ServiceNow. Investigate, respond to, and follow through on possible and actual ServiceNow issues Perform reviews of existing ServiceNow workflows to ensure that they are effective and efficient. Work closely with business users to build requested items using workflows to manage processes from the client to the fulfillment teams. Work with IT and the business to create ServiceNow automation workflows. Review existing Playbooks to ensure that they are effective and efficient. Work with IT to create Playbooks. Provide user training in the use of ServiceNow. Attend ServiceNow conferences and stay abreast of the latest developments of ServiceNow. Be the ServiceNow expert matter at the Bank. Skills Need: Must have recent experience in a banking environment (Within last 4 years and minimum 2 years of experience). Must have a Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in Technology as a System Admin. Must have four (5) years of experience as a System Administrator of ServiceNow. Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Service Delivery.
