Minimum Qualification & Preferred Skill Set You should be hands-on and have a strong analytical and technical ability with 10+ years of experience. Minimum 5 years of Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role Extensive experience with Java, SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, and containers (docker) Extensive experience in Node.JS, JavaScript, Angular/React, and mobile applications. Mentor junior team members on best practices and design patterns. Implement and monitor internal performance monitoring for continuous improvement in code quality and delivery.
