The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, ensuring seamless and efficient customer interactions. This is a contract position with a competitive hourly rate. Key Responsibilities: IVR Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications and solutions that enhance customer experiences and support business objectives. IVR Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IVR systems with various platforms and databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Scripting and Routing: Create and implement call routing scripts, ensuring efficient call flow and resolution. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IVR-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Quality Assurance: Perform regular testing and quality assurance checks on IVR systems to identify and rectify any issues or improvements needed. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IVR configurations, scripts, and processes. Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor IVR performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an IVR Analyst/Engineer, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment. Proficiency in IVR development tools, such as Genesys, Avaya, or similar platforms. Strong scripting skills in languages like Java, Python, or Ruby. Knowledge of database integration and SQL queries. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work in Austin, TX, or Mountain View, CA, based on project requirements.
