The chat bot is going to correspond heavily with MS Teams and integrate with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, etc. Job Summary : Our company is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team and be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of our AI Chat Bot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and AI technology. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with our development team to ensure that our AI Chat Bot meets the needs of our clients and provides a seamless user experience.
